¿EN QUÉ CONSISTE Y CUANTO DURA?
Entraréis en el escenario que decidáis y las puertas se cerraran. El juego no requiere de ningún esfuerzo físico; simplemente es una prueba de ingenio, de lógica y de observación en el que tendréis que trabajar en equipo y colaborar entre vosotros para conseguir el reto que es escapar en menos de 60 minutos.
¿TODO EL MUNDO LO CONSIGUE?
No todo el mundo lo consigue, es un juego y unas veces se gana y otras no. Se dispone de un tiempo limitado de 60 minutos máximo para conseguir el reto de escapar a tiempo. Pasado este tiempo, el game master que dirige vuestro juego os indicará la salida.
¿CUÁL ES LA EDAD PARA PODER PARTICIPAR?
A partir de 7 años, se consideran jugadores. Si el grupo tiene edad inferior a 12 años, se necesita al menos 1 adulto en el grupo.
¿CÓMO PUEDO RESERVAR?
Las reservas se hacen todas a través de nuestro calendario de reservas de nuestra página web en el apartado RESERVAR, pago mediante tarjeta de crédito ó acercándote a nuestro local y realizando la reserva en persona, pago en efectivo (te aconsejamos que nos llames antes de pasarte puesto que funcionamos mediante reservas y si no tenemos a nadie jugando es posible que no nos encontremos en el local). Las RESERVAS NUNCA SE EFECTUARAN POR TELÉFONO, salvo reservas en el mismo día o para cupones descuento o bonos regalo.
¿SE PUEDE CANCELAR LA RESERVA?
No hay ningún problema en cancelar la reserva siempre y cuando se haga con 48 horas de antelación. En tal caso se devolverá el importe integro de la reserva.
¿NO PUEDO IR EL DÍA QUE HE RESERVADO, PUEDO CAMBIAR DE DÍA?
Si nos avisáis con al menos 48 horas de antelación os ofreceremos poder cambiar de día y de hora la reserva siempre y cuando según disponibilidad con el resto de las reservas. Si nos avisáis el mismo día, lo sentimos pero no será posible y perderéis el importe de la misma.
¿QUÉ SUCEDE SI LLEGAMOS TARDE?
En caso de que esto vaya a suceder es preferible que aviséis por teléfono y nos intentaremos adaptar. En caso de no hacerlo, seremos benevolentes y os daremos un máximo de hasta 10 minutos de cortesía. Pasados esos minutos se perderá la reserva (y el dinero no será reembolsado), o simplemente pasaran a jugar los miembros del equipo que se encuentren en nuestro local. Todas estas medidas son por motivos de organización con el resto de grupos del día, ya que al funcionar por reservas a nadie le gusta llegar a la hora y tener que esperar. Hay que ser comprensibles con el resto de grupos.
¿Y SI UN JUGADOR NECESITA ABANDONAR EL JUEGO?
Dependiendo de la situación, si esa persona quiere renunciar al juego debe de salir de la habitación siguiendo las indicaciones de la persona responsable que este llevando vuestro juego para que el resto del equipo pueda continuar la partida. Si la persona que sale se encuentra indispuesta ha de ser acompañada por otra persona del equipo que pueda ocuparse de ella. Para poder jugar se necesita a un mínimo de 2 personas dentro de la habitación. En caso de accidente o indisposiciones graves el personal que controla el juego podrá decidir pararlo por completo.
¿PUEDO JUGAR SI NO HABLO ESPAÑOL?
No importa que idioma hables, las pruebas están diseñadas al margen del idioma.

¿PUEDEN JUGAR PERSONAS CON PROBLEMAS CARDIACOS, CLAUSTROFOBIAS O MUJERES EMBARAZADAS?
Por supuesto que sí, no existe ningún impedimento puesto que no son juegos peligrosos y no existen sustos en el transcurso del mismo, no requiere de esfuerzos físicos, y no hay elementos que generen sobresaltos. Aunque sería conveniente avisar al personal de la sala con anterioridad de cualquiera de estas situaciones para poder estar atento en asistirle ante cualquier incidencia. En cualquier caso las personas entran en la habitación bajo su propia responsabilidad.

¿SE PUEDE DENEGAR LA ENTRADA A LOS ESCENARIOS?
En el caso de detectarse que algún miembro del equipo se encuentra bajo los efectos del alcohol o de estupefacientes, no se permitirá el acceso a los juegos de escape perdiendo la reserva del grupo.
Por otro lado, si durante el desarrollo del juego se detecta un uso indebido de las instalaciones, se detendrá el mismo y en caso de daños se exigirá la compensación económica.
¿SE PUEDEN HACER FOTOS Y/O VÍDEO DENTRO DE LOS JUEGOS?
NO. Está prohibido el uso de cámaras de cualquier tipo en el interior de los juegos.
Puedes dejar tus cosas en una taquilla en recepción de la cual tendrás la llave.

¿¿ES NECESARIO ESTAR EN LA PROPIA CIUDAD PARA JUGAR?
Sí, para empezar a jugar tienes que estar en la ciudad en la que esté disponible el juego y en el punto de inicio que indiquemos en cada ciudad. Fíjate bien en el momento de la compra, una vez adquirido el código no hay posibilidad de devolución.
¿HAY QUE CAMINAR MUCHO?
Nuestras rutas tienen una distancia entre 1- 3 km. Recomendamos llevar calzado cómodo, no es necesario correr para terminar el juego.
¿A PARTIR DE QUE EDAD SE PUEDE JUGAR?
Recomendamos jugar a partir de 12 años y si son más pequeños, acompañados de un adulto lo pasarán genial.
¿HAY UN LÍMITE DE TIEMPO PARA JUGAR?
Sí, el objetivo del juego es superar los retos en un tiempo determinado recorriendo la ciudad. El tiempo disponible para cada juego podréis verlo en las características.
¿CUANTAS PERSONAS PUEDEN JUGAR CON UN CÓDIGO?
El juego se descargará en un sólo dispositivo y por lo tanto las pruebas, retos y puntuaciones sólo se mostrarán en un móvil, el número de personas que pueden jugar estará limitado únicamente por estas condiciones. Recomendamos entre 1 y 3 personas por dispositivo.
¿ES POSIBLE CAMBIAR DE DISPOSITIVO SI SE AGOTA LA BATERÍA DE MI MÓVIL?
No, una vez que el código se ha descargado el tiempo de juego comenzará a correr. Recomendamos llevar la batería cargada a tope.

WHAT IS IT AND HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
You will enter the scenario you choose, and the doors will close. The game requires no physical effort; it is simply a test of ingenuity, logic, and observation where you must work as a team and collaborate to achieve the challenge of escaping in less than 60 minutes.
DOES EVERYONE SUCCEED?
Not everyone succeeds; it is a game where sometimes you win and sometimes you don't. There is a limited time of 60 minutes maximum to achieve the challenge of escaping on time. After this time, the game master directing your game will indicate the exit.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO PARTICIPATE?
From 7 years old, they are considered players. If the group is under 12 years old, at least 1 adult is required in the group.
HOW CAN I BOOK?
Bookings are made through our website's booking calendar in the BOOK section, payment by credit card, or by coming to our venue in person and booking on-site, payment in cash (we advise calling us first as we operate by reservations, and if no one is playing, we may not be at the venue). BOOKINGS WILL NEVER BE MADE BY PHONE, except for same-day reservations or for discount vouchers or gift vouchers.
CAN I CANCEL THE BOOKING?
There is no problem canceling the booking as long as it is done 48 hours in advance. In that case, the full booking amount will be refunded.
I CAN'T MAKE IT ON THE RESERVED DATE, CAN I CHANGE THE DAY?
If you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, we will offer to change the day and time of the booking, subject to availability with other reservations. If you notify us on the same day, sorry, it will not be possible, and you will lose the booking amount.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE ARRIVE LATE?
If this is going to happen, it is preferable to notify us by phone, and we will try to adapt. If not, we will be lenient and give you a maximum of 10 minutes of courtesy. After those minutes, the booking will be lost (and the money will not be refunded), or only the team members present at our venue will play. WHAT IF A PLAYER NEEDS TO LEAVE THE GAME?
Depending on the situation, if that person wants to quit the game, they must exit the room following the instructions of the person in charge directing your game so the rest of the team can continue. If the person leaving is unwell, they must be accompanied by another team member who can look after them. A minimum of 2 people is required inside the room to play. In case of accidents or serious indispositions, the game staff may decide to stop it completely.
CAN I PLAY IF I DON'T SPEAK SPANISH?
It doesn't matter what language you speak; the puzzles are designed independently of language. Our reception staff speaks Spanish and English.

You can leave your belongings in a locker at reception, for which you will have the key.

DO I NEED TO BE IN THE CITY ITSELF TO PLAY?
